STEP 1 - You receive your beacons from us and place them in each department. All you have to do is turn them right side up and they are on. The Beacons are easy to hide as their dimensions are 2" x 1/2".
STEP 2 - We set up the actions that each Beacon will perform on your customer's mobile devices.
STEP 3 - You tell your customers to download the App.
STEP 4 - The Beacons will immediately interact with your customers the moment the App is downloaded and the customer is in the store. The App does not have to be open.
STEP 5 - You can easily adjust the Beacon effects using the Rewardlogic Campaign Designer to coordinate with your ongoing marketing campaigns. It just takes a few minutes to make new effects or adjustments.
STEP 1 - Your customer arrives at your store and upon entering they receive a welcome message on their phone and a reward of 50 points.
STEP 2 - A message is sent to your sales department letting them know the name of the customer that has arrived.
STEP 3 - Your customer walks into the showroom and receives the latest promotion on their phone.
STEP 4 - Your customer walks into the clothing department and receives a special member offer of double the points on all black label clothing products.
